Shelly Ruff is the founder/CEO of Sustain Education, a company focused on supporting educator mental wellness. 

As a former educator, she understands the physical, mental, and emotional demands of the job–and recognizes the lack of support provided. 

Having experienced the benefits of a healthy work environment in the corporate world, she was inspired to create the same for educators. Sustain Education aims to promote organizations to sponsor teacher mental health subscriptions throughout the school year.

 Including changing policy to include and recognize mental health days/hours on educator contracts. 

Shelly’s goal is to change the current situation and create opportunities for educators to prioritize their mental health through her consulting business, Sustain Education.
